The Aerospatiale Dauphin started out as a single engine version and was soon replaced by the dual engine Dauphin 2. The military version of the Dauphin is known as the Panther and is normally used as an anti-ship attack helicopter. The Dauphin is still in production in France, Brazil and China. |
