Eurocopter EC-145 update!

Eurocopter has produced a new variant of the EC-145- known as the EC145 'Mercedes-Benz Style'.  Pictures are posted on the helicopter's detail page.  The main change looks to be a new interior design and a very nice silver/stainless looking exterior.

Found some pics of a crashed Mil Mi 17. They're on the profile for that heli.  It looks pretty good. Lots of detail if you want to model a wrecked heli.

I added the Sikorsky X2 and Eurocopter X3 experimental heli combo aircraft. They're not technically pod/boom style, more of a combo- lift rotor with push or pull props.  It'll be interesting to see how these designs evolve and if they ever come to market with them.

 

If you have more specs on them I'd love to update their pages. All I have is vague info from the respective manufacturers press releases.

JHP is changing with the times.  My personal focus has moved more towards flying RC helicopters.  This move has inspired me to start writing articles that are more RC geared.  You'll be seeing lots of new things in the coming months so check back often.

As always if there is something you'd like to see here please let me know!  I want this site to be as useful as possible!
